What is Hoxton Clinic?
Hoxton Clinic is the private clinical service run by Spring Pharmacy — a GPhC-registered community pharmacy on Hoxton Street, London N1. We offer travel vaccinations, pharmacist-led weight management, ear wax removal by microsuction and a B12 injection service, all delivered face to face by a registered pharmacist or trained pharmacy team.
Do I need a GP referral for any of your services?
No. You can book any of our services directly online or by phone. A GPhC-registered pharmacist assesses you at your appointment, and where something needs your GP instead, we'll tell you.
Where are you?
Spring Pharmacy, 233–235 Hoxton Street, London N1 5LG — a few minutes' walk from Hoxton Overground and Old Street station. We're open Monday to Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–5:30pm.

Are your pharmacists registered?
Yes. Every consultation is led by a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and the premises are GPhC-registered. Registration numbers and links to the public register are shown on this page and in the footer.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Consultations take place in a private room and your records are held under pharmacy confidentiality rules. Nothing is shared with your GP without your agreement, except where there is a safety reason to do so.
